Our Charming and Talented Staff

Wayne
Wayne Turiansky – President and Owner since 1981. Though semi-retired, Wayne still comes in a couple of days a week to deal withgeneral oversight and to consult with Ed and Rob on the work for the week to come. Wayne is living proof that if you treat your staff well, in all ways, you will be rewarded in the end.

ed

Ed Cawley – General Manager and customer service. Ed has been with us since 1989, knows the business inside and out and is, hands down, the best customer service person in the business. He’ll make the often confusing process of buying custom printed t-shirts easy and pleasurable. Just don’t ask him about his nine year old daughter, Hannah, or you’ll have to listen to him gushing about her for as long as you care to listen.

Cory

Cory Ward – has been in charge of design and art direction for the six months. Cory, boasting a degree in graphic design, has been with us for five years. Cory worked in production as our primary printer on the manual press before taking over the art and design detail the past fall. He’s not just good, he’s friendly, helpful and personable.

Jesus Fernandez – Cory’s right hand man.

Rob Pitone – Production Manager. Rob joined us five years ago, in February of 2008. Feeling a need for a strong leader in our shop, we’ve found a gem in Rob, who has both a history in the screenprint industry and in leading a production crew. While we’ve always done quality work, we’re now operating with greater efficiency than ever before. Rob is also the man behind the controls of our Kornit digital printer, keeping the sometimes finicky technology-heavy machine in good working order

Rob

Jonah Salzman – Jonah has been with us for five years as well. Jonah has two primary functions: running our M&R automatic press while, at the same time, keeping the entire world honest. Jonah’s pays attention to detail when he’s working the press and he does not suffer fools gladly, when on press and when not.

Nate

Nate Garn – Our house faux-Rastafarian, Nate runs the manual press when he’s not building (and playing) guitars. Nate has been with us for four years. If you have a guitar you need fixed, or if you’d like to have one custom built, drop us a line and we’ll put you in touch with Nate. We’ve seen his work; you wont be disappointed if you put your trust in him, whether he’s printing your shirts or fixing your axe.

Tim Rotenberger – Tim is a student at the University of Vermont. He worked for us during his senior year of high school, and is now a part-timer in the shop.

don

Don Doubleday – Pre-press. Don has been with us since 1990 and is in charge of our pre-press operations. He is the guy who makes sure that all screens are ready when they need to be and that all of our color matching is done accurately. Doctor Don, as he’s affectionately known to all, is currently on the disabled list recovering from surgery and we all look forward to his return to health and the shop.
