In a world where you do, indeed, get what you pay for, you have a right to be skeptical about our pricing. You will find other prices similar to ours, perhaps even lower, but what you find here is certainly significantly less expensive than 90% of the other price structures you find online. So how do we do it?
1. In this post-NAFTA world, nearly all t-shirts by all the major suppliers (Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Gildan, Anvil, etc.) are manufactured in Central America and the Caribbean. The price of the blank white t-shirt has dropped by more than 50% in the last 10 years.
2. Meanwhile, back on shore, we at ACW pay our staff a good livable wage with full benefits. They keep their jobs and work efficiently to keep production up and prices down. Your work is being done professionally and quickly by a talented, capable crew.
3. Volume - By marketing on the Internet, we are able to keep our presses busy year round, even when there are 3 feet of snow on the ground. Having eliminated the down time, we're able to charge less for the up time.
4. Equipment - We use the best automated equipment in the business. Your job will be printed on our M&R Gauntlet automatic press operated by our highly skilled pressmen, well paid, well fed, as mentioned above. The automatic press is fast and consistent, eliminating the variations in print quality so common with manual printing. Our high tech registration system allows us to put your job on the press quickly and accurately

The manufacturer of the shirt will be chosen from Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Delta, Jerzees or Anvil, depending upon whose price is lowest at the time the order is placed. Each of these shirts is a 5.6 ounce 100% cotton shirt of very good quality. If you happen to have a particular favorite, we can probably comply.
For heather shirts, please add .65 per shirt to the prices above. For colored shirts, please add $1.00 per shirt for one color imaging. Multi-color imaging on dark shirts will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please email or call. Process printing will incur a charge for the cost of the separation and will be charged at the rate of the number of colors used.
